3K race (1.8 miles) at 9am

5K race (3.1 miles) at 9:30am

Registration starts at 8am - course walk-through at 8:30 and 9am

Challenging cross country course including grass, trails and pavement. (no traffic worries)

Low registration fees - $6 by Sept. 4 and $8 afterward.

Free t-shirt to the first 50 registrants.

Business, clubs, families, organizations, school groups: Enter as a team and compete for a team trophy as well as individual honors in either the 3k or 5k race.

Discounted team rates: pre registered only

5 runners for $25 - 6 runners for $29 - 7 runners for $33

8 runners for $37 - 9 runners for $41 - 10 runners for $45

How to enter as a team:

1. Each individual must fill out a separate copy of the entry form.

2. Submit your entry forms together in one envelope and mail by Sept. 4. Entries postmarked after that date will not qualify for the discount. Minimum 5 runners.

3. Enclose a note stating the name under which your team will run. (NOTE: under CIAC rules, students may not run in the name of their school or wear the school uniform.)

4. Enclose a check made out to St. Mary School for the appropriate amount.

5. Team title will be determined by standard cross country rules.
